Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within New Zealand only. Dispatch times and delivery timeframes depend on the courier service and delivery location.

Tracking information will be provided where available. Vapemart is not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.

If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Act.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless expressly stated in our Returns Policy. Due to the nature of regulated vaping products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
